Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only applicable in the case of a defective product. Additionally, scent exchanges may be requested within 14 days, subject to our terms and conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear evidence of the issue. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

If approved, a full refund of the product amount will be issued. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer in the case of Cash on Delivery orders. Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.
